Safaris dates are booked on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations made without a deposit will be held for 10 days,
unless you have made prior arrangements with All Seasons Safaris.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required
to book your safari.
All deposits are to paid in personal check,
cashier check or cash.
No credit cards please.
As stated all deposits are nonrefundable unless
hunter can be replaced at full price.
It is not All Seasons Safaris obligation to replace hunter in
the event that a cancellation takes place.
Upon receipt of deposit, All Season Safaris will send conformation
of payment. This will serve as our contract with each other.
A conformation letter will follow from your pH in Africa shortly
after.

All hunting packages can be modified by
changing out animals
or adding days to your package. You may stay as long as you
like.
Upon booking send us your animal list to start scheduling your
safari.
For some animals there is some driving involved so planning
is very important?

On all
hunts, wounded animals are full price. This simply means that
if an animal is hit or blood is drawn, it's yours. Drinking
is prohibited while hunting, after the firearms are put Away
the bar is open.

Gratuities
are customary and greatly appreciated for pH as well as trackers,
skinners and camp staff.
We are asked frequently what is customary.

pH……$500 on a 7 day Safari or 10%
Camp Staff, Trackers, Skinners…… $100 total on a 7 day Safari

All
hunting packages include accommodations, meals, drinks, daily
laundry,
includes all services of camp staff, pH, skinners, and trackers.
Personal pickup and drop off at airport,
all transportation during the hunt,
field preparation of trophies and delivery to our taxidermy
studio in South Africa.

International
& Domestic flights, rifle rental, telephone calls, dipping,
packing and shipping of trophies or any taxidermy work.
Tips to staff, professional hunter and any non hunting day trips
for sight seeing and shopping are not included in price.

There's
ninety day quarantine for all animals prior to shipping.
Also there is no shipping allowed to the lower 48 of hyenas
or cheetahs.
